You agree that you as buyer and we as seller are responsible for determining the amount of sales, use or other taxes that you may owe as a result of your Marketplace purchase. You also agree that as seller we are responsible to collect, to report and to remit any sales, use or other taxes as may be required under applicable law. You agree (a) that has no responsibility to collect, report or remit sales, use or any other applicable taxes in connection with your purchase, and (b) to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless from any and all claims, demands, damages, awards, fines, costs, expenses and liability in any way associated with foregoing. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, currently automatically charges sales tax with respect to any marketplace products shipped to California.
We ship to a variety of addresses including PO Boxes and APO and FPOs. Packages will ship UPS or FedEx Ground or USPS Priority mail. From the date shipped they usually take 5 - 7 business days. All APO/FPO packages ship via USPS Priority Mail, using domestic rates. Shipping time varies depending on the overseas destination. Usually packages arrive within 10 - 14 days. We can ship internationally, but it is best to call or email for pricing and details.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If an item proves to be unsatisfactory for any reason within 60 days of receipt, you may return it to us for refund or credit toward other products. We are sorry but original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective. Please call for a Return Authorization number before returning an item. Returned products, original cartons and manuals must be in "as new" condition for a full product refund. A reasonable deduction will be made for any damaged or missing items. We recommend insuring your item and packaging it well.
